Block Prints reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our platforms constitutes acceptance of the current terms.

2. Products

We make every effort to display product colors, prints, and details accurately. Since our kurtas are often hand block printed, slight variations in color, print placement, and fabric texture are natural and not considered defects.
Product availability is subject to change without notice.

3. Pricing & Payment

We accept payments via [UPI/cards/net banking/COD], processed through secure third-party payment gateways.
Block Prints reserves the right to cancel any order due to pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspected fraud.

4. Orders & Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, before dispatch, by contacting us directly.
Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled but may be eligible for return per our Return & Exchange Policy.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on our website and Instagram page — including logos, images, product designs, and text — is the property of Block Prints and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

Block Prints is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or platforms, including delays caused by courier partners or events beyond our control.
